Press Release - March 2011

Bangladesh

Ha-Meem Denim Limited, well known garment maker which began denim production in 2006, has placed a repeat order for their second integrated denim finishing range. The second range will include the recently introduced Modular Component Design, SanforTROL™and S8 Rubber Belt Shrinking Unit with GrindVAC™.

The S8 with ergonomic composite covers features a one piece solid steel frame which enhances ease of access and reduces down time for critical maintenance.

GrindVAC™ captures composite grindings and talcum particles, improves the working environment, reduces clean up time after periodic belt grindings, and increases production.

SanforTROL™ technology (licensed from WESTechnologies) is the only truly closed loop shrinkage control system. This exclusive technology utilizes data retrieved from YieldMAX/YieldWARE™ coordinated through sensing inputs to control inbound fabric moisture, rubber belt compression, temperature, and palmer speed. YeildWARE™ PC-based software will continuously record shrinkage results and document process data.

Partex Denim Limited began production of classical denim fabrics in 2005 and late last year, Mr. Showkat A. Russel, Managing Director, selected Morrison Denim Systems for his upcoming denim production expansion.

Partex’s order included 4-Ball Warpers/Creels, 10- ReBeamers, 2- Integrated Denim Finishing Ranges and 1-Spectrum™ Indigo Rope Dye Range.

The Ball Warpers will feature, Programmable Servo Driven Linear Traverse, Smart Lease™ and Smart Stop, all of which are exclusive to the Morrison Ball Warper. ReBeamers will include industry proven features of Yarn Strummers, Reverse Drive Accumulators, and Tub Turners.

Both Integrated Denim Finishing Ranges will include the recently introduced Modular Component Design and S8 Rubber Belt Shrinking Unit with GrindVAC™. This vacuum system captures composite grindings and talcum particles which improves the working environment and reduces clean up time after periodic belt grindings.

Partex also selected SanforTROL™ technology (licensed from WESTechnologies) which is the only truly closed loop shrinkage control/data system. This exclusive technology utilizes data retrieved from YieldMAX/YieldWARE™ coordinated through sensing inputs to control inbound fabric moisture, rubber belt compression, temperature, and palmer speed. YeildWARE™ PC-based software will continuously record shrinkage results and document process data.

(Morrison’s) the recently introduced, SPECTRUM™ 250 Indigo Rope Dye Range completed the Single Source Denim Package. This range is designed with wider working width than previous ranges, allows the processing of 2 dye sets with high end content or 3 dye sets with normal yarn end content, while maintaining proper yarn/rope spacing. This process flexibility will allow Partex Denim to obtain the highest production targets while meeting fashion demands of heavy/dark shades, sulfur top/bottom, or sulfur sandwich dyeing.

Mr. Russel opted for rope dyeing for this expansion as current demand for fashion variants of classic denim required the more flexible production of indigo rope dyeing.
